After successful completion of 2 years probationary trainee period, Newly appointed candidate on the post of Patwari gets salary as per Level 5 of Rajasthan 7th pay matrix which corresponds to Pay Band PB-1 Rs. 5200-20200 with grade pay of Rs. 2400.
The Starting basic pay of Rajasthan Patwari is Rs. 5200 with grade pay of Rs. 2400. This equivalents to Rs. 20800 starting basic pay as per 7th Pay Matrix. The last grade pay after several years of service on this post (if candidate does not get promotion) is Rs. 20200 as per 6th CPC (Rs. 65900 as per 7th CPC). Rajasthan Patwari Salary 2024 as Probationary Trainee
When a candidate gets selected as Patwari in the Rajasthan Government Department, then the candidate got placed as a probationary trainee for 2 years period.
During this probation Period, candidate is given fixed salary / remuneration of Rs. 14600 per month as per rules of Rajasthan Government. Candidates are given training during this period for the work of Patwari.
During this probationary trainee period, candidate will not be given any allowances like DA, HRA etc. They will be given leaves and other benefits as mentioned in Rajasthan service rules.
Rajasthan Patwari Salary 2024 after Probationary Period
Formula:
Basic Pay + DA + HRA + Other Allowances (CCA, TA, Special) if applicable = Total Salary
Starting Basic Pay in L-5 Pay Scale is Rs. 20800. The approximate starting salary of this pay scale is around Rs. 32500-35600 which depends on place of posting and allowances given. Also candidates get entitled for Pension Scheme.
After addition of all allowances, Salary of Rajasthan Patwari after probationary trainee period will be as follows:
- Starting Total Salary (after 2 years): Around Rs. 32500-35600 per month depending on area of posting and allowances.
Candidate can be given Posting anywhere in Rajasthan. Bank account details, PRAN no. etc. is to be given by candidate to get their salary credited in bank. Deductions from total salary will be as per rules of the department.
Allowances (calculated on basic pay):
- Dearness allowance (50% of basic pay) = Rs. 10400
- House Rent Allowance (HRA) (9-18%) = Rs. 1872-3744
- Compensatory (City) Allowance (CCA): Rs. 320-620 if applicable to city of posting.
- Special Pay and / or other allowances as per rules of Rajasthan govt.
HRA:
- 18% of Basic pay for Class Y Cities i.e. Jaipur, Bikaner, Ajmer, Kota, Jodhpur.
- 9% for Other Cities of Rajasthan.
CCA: For Employee Drawing Basic pay up to Rs. 23100:
- Jaipur: 620
- Ajmer, Bikaner, Jodhpur, Kota: Rs. 320.
