यूपी पीजीटी वेतन 2024 और वेतनमान, मूल वेतन जानें
यहां आप उत्तर प्रदेश में नवीनतम पीजीटी शिक्षक वेतन और वेतनमान व भत्ते आदि विवरण की जांच कर सकते हैं। उत्तर प्रदेश माध्यमिक शिक्षा सेवा चयन बोर्ड (UPSESSB) विभिन्न विषयों के लिए पोस्ट ग्रेजुएट टीचर (PGT) / लेक्चरर / प्रवक्ता की रिक्तियों को भरता है।
विज्ञापन संख्या 02/2022 के माध्यम से UPSESSB ने सहायता प्राप्त माध्यमिक विद्यालयों में 624 पीजीटी पदों को भरने के लिए विज्ञापन दिया था | इन पीजीटी पदों पर उम्मीदवारों का चयन लिखित परीक्षा और इंटरव्यू के माध्यम से किया जाना है।

यूपी पीजीटी वेतन 2024 (शुरुआत में) वेतनमान और मूल वेतन की जांच करें
नई नियुक्ति पर अभ्यर्थी को उत्तर प्रदेश के 7वें वेतन आयोग के अनुसार वेतनमान लेवल-8 रु 47600-151100 (ग्रेड पे 4800 के साथ) दिया जाता है जैसा कि यूपीएसईएसएसबी विज्ञापन 02/2022 में अधिसूचित किया गया है। आप इसे नीचे दी गई छवि से देख सकते हैं।
पीजीटी पदों का शुरुआती मूल वेतन रु. 47600 प्रति माह है। इसके अलावा महंगाई भत्ता, एचआरए, टीए आदि जैसे विभिन्न भत्ते इस मूल वेतन के आधार पर दिए जाएंगे और इसे कुल वेतन में जोड़ा जाएगा।
उत्तर प्रदेश में पीजीटी वेतन 2024 प्रति माह (कुल और नकद)
कुल वेतन मूल वेतन और भत्ते (डीए, एचआरए, टीए, सीसीए आदि) का एक संयोजन है। नेट कैश इन हैंड वेतन वह वेतन है जो एक उम्मीदवार को कुल वेतन से एनपीएस और करों की कटौती के बाद मिलता है।
उपरोक्त वेतनमान के अनुसार यूपी पीजीटी शिक्षक का अनुमानित वेतन नीचे दिया गया है।
- कुल वेतन: रु. 78000-85000 प्रति माह
- कटौती: रु. 7500
- शुद्ध नकद वेतन: रु. 70500-77500 प्रति माह
ऊपर दी गई यूपी पीजीटी वेतन सीमा यूपी सरकार द्वारा दिए गए भत्तों और उम्मीदवार की पोस्टिंग के स्थान पर निर्भर करती है। एचआरए भत्ते की दरों के कारण क्लास X के शहरों (उत्तर प्रदेश के बड़े शहर यानी जैसे लखनऊ) में वेतन अधिक होगा और कक्षा Y शहरों में थोड़ा कम होगा और गांवों/छोटे शहरों में सबसे कम होगा |
वर्तमान में जनवरी 2024 से महंगाई भत्ता मूल वेतन का 50% है। अन्य लाभों में यात्रा भत्ता, सीसीए, सवैतनिक छुट्टियां, चिकित्सा सुविधा, राष्ट्रीय पेंशन योजना आदि शामिल हैं।
